How does the PP FDY yarn bomb?

PP FDY yarn can be used for bombing. There are three main types of finished products after bombing. The specific methods are as follows:

The raw material of the PP FDY yarn can be POY (pre-oriented yarn), FDY (full drawn yarn), or a combination of the first two raw materials. The processing method is similar to each type of texturing machine; that is, it must have the processing of drawing, heating, twisting and untwisting. After this process, there are different names for the following factors:

1. High-elastic silk (also called shrinkage silk): It is a product that does not hit the network after the bomb is applied, but the fixed heater has a natural shrinkage effect, and the residual torque is large. It is suitable for the twisting of the downstream project, and then the silk itself is used for the shrinking effect, and the weaving is produced into a stretch fabric.

2. Low-elastic wire: After the bomb is applied, the lower heater is used to make the molecular orientation of the wire more flat and stable, and there is no residual torque. Suitable for use on ammonia, or sorghum, high-density, high-density fabrics.

3. Network wire: After being bombed, it will be given to the network point via the network device, which makes the wire bundle better and facilitates direct weaving.
