Polypropylene FDY wire process flow!


The Polypropylene FDY wire production process is usually divided into the following steps:


1. Melt spinning: Load synthetic fiber raw materials into a special spinning machine and melt them into a melt through high temperature heating. The melt passes through the rotating hole plate of the spinning machine, and the fine and uniform fiber is obtained through the jet hole of the rotating jet plate.


2. Cooling molding: The filament meets the cooling air immediately after the spray hole comes out, so that it quickly cools and shapes the growth silk.


3. Heat setting: the cooling formed filament is heated to high temperature through the heat setting device, so that the fiber molecules are rearranged to enhance the strength and tensile properties of the fiber.


4. Deformation and stretching: After heat setting, the filament is further deformed and stretched to improve its linear density and strength.


5. Vertical stretching: the deformed filament is stretched through the wire drawing machine to further increase its tensile ratio, and at the same time, the section of the fiber is refined to increase its softness and ductility while providing the strength of the fiber.


6. Spinning tube: After vertical stretching, the filament is collected through the wire tube to form the finished FDY tube. In the entire FDY production process, the control of temperature, drawing multiple, drawing speed and other process parameters is very important, which has a decisive influence on the quality of the silk. At the same time, it is also necessary to pass strict quality inspection to test the produced FDY silk to ensure that it meets customer requirements and product quality standards.
