Color consistency control: For colored FDY yarns, samples are taken from the spools at regular intervals during the production process and compared with the reference samples under standard light sources. Samples from the spools and color plates are retained for each batch, and the color of the next batch is compared with the retained sample from the previous batch to ensure that the color difference between batches is within an acceptable range.
